هان ای سفری عزم کجایست کجا 

هرجا که روی نشسته‌ای در دل ما 

چندان غم دریاست ترا چون ماهی 

کافشاند لب خشک تو را در دریا 

You traveller? Where are you heading? Where?  

Wherever you go, you are sitting in our hearts  

The sea is so sad  

That like a fish, it sprays your dry lips with its brine
